Netflix Job Watching Movies
100 Best Movies on Netflix, Ranked by Tomatometer (March 2021) In our world of massive entertainment options, who’s got time to waste on the below-average? You’ve got a subscription, you’re ready for a marathon, and you want only the best movies no Netflix to watch. I would like this post to act as my formal application for the role of Netflix content tagger. I think it might literally be my dream job. It involves sitting at home, watching hours and hours. What’s more, about 12 percent of the survey’s respondents admitted to watching its movies or TV shows from a public restroom. Perhaps some of those respondents are watching Netflix while in the office bathroom. We’ll probably never know — and thank goodness. So, where do we even start with this?
If binge-watching Netflix shows all day long sounds like your dream job, then look no further than this job posting for the streaming company that seeks someone an “editorial analyst” to “watch, research, rate, tag, annotate and write analysis for movie and TV content” for their Netflix Originals catalogue.
In other words, Netflix needs someone to watch hours and hours of TV and movies for them to help categorize the content into genres, an enviable career for anybody who’s fallen into the deep hole of Netflix’s endless offerings in their free time.
According to the qualifications requirement for the job, the ideal candidate will be “passionate about movies and TV with a deep knowledge of the entertainment industry” and should be able to live and work in Los Angeles. Read more about this dream position, here.
